Marcus Neville is an experienced and accomplished law enforcement professional with more than 33 years of advanced expertise in security and operations, including over 23 years in management roles. He has managed over 1,000 personnel across large-scale projects valued at more than $500 million, conducted dignitary protection, led investigations, and developed public safety outreach programs. Marcus also serves in law enforcement leadership and directs the Master’s Program for law enforcement officers and military veterans at Priority Living.
He is actively involved with Blazing New Trails, a ministry offering faith-based marriage retreats and support for law enforcement couples facing trauma, PTSD, and relational challenges. Passionate about integrating faith with service, Marcus helps officers live out Christ-centered leadership in their families, departments, and communities.
