What does it look like to bring biblical conviction into the voting booth?
In this solo episode of Leveraging Success, Jeff Gerhardt explores the connection between faith, civic responsibility, and the choices made at the ballot box. He discusses imperfect candidates, political disengagement, and why he believes voting is part of stewarding the influence God has given us.
Drawing from Ephesians, Jeff reflects on speaking the truth in love, approaching disagreement with both conviction and grace, and creating space for the gospel through everyday leadership. He also shares his perspective on a proposed mosque and a recall effort in McKinney, Texas. The episode closes with practical encouragement to make a voting plan and a prayer for repentance, revival, and the nation’s future.
