Tom Dosch is the co-founder of 100X Harvest, Inc., established in 2018 with Principals David Marshall and Tim Dosch to build a community of 100X Givers supporting impactful projects for the Kingdom of God. He also co-founded Ascent Investment Partners in 2022 with Britton Church, Tim Dosch, and David Marshall, overseeing strategic vision and new opportunities. Additionally, as co-founder of Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE), Tom manages daily operations, leads the Dallas/Fort Worth office, and has facilitated over $2 billion in land transactions since 2012. A graduate with honors in Finance from Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School, Tom is a licensed real estate broker and serves on non-profit boards. He resides in Texas with his wife, Jackie, and their three children.
