Rob Dayton has spent more than 30 years helping organizations and individuals become more effective, focused, and honest about the challenges standing in the way of their goals.
After training in urban planning at USC, Rob worked as a transportation and environmental consultant before serving in senior Public Works leadership for the City of Santa Barbara, where he also became known informally as a “Culture Coach.”
Completing The Master’s Program foundations in 2007 transformed how Rob viewed leadership, influence, and Kingdom impact. He later co-founded the Santa Barbara House of Prayer with his wife, Nancy, began coaching The Master’s Program, and eventually became National Director of Coaches for the men.
Today, Rob also leads StrategicCulture.com, coaching executive teams to build healthier organizations, and 100xLife.com, helping people intentionally follow Jesus and live an abundant life.
